RETURN POLICY

IF THERE IS A MANUFACTURER’S DEFECT, COFRA WILL REFUND IT.

COFRA footwear is guaranteed for 180 days from date of purchase against manufacturer’s defects, as long as the damage is not caused by excessive wear abuse. If the correct conditions of use are respected, the distributor will obtain a credit note.

1. Sales receipt       2. Defect (2 or 3 pictures)       3. Odl number (it is on the label inside the tongue)

Without one of these 3 pictures, COFRA will not issue any credit note. We will not consider any claim when a boot is damaged, washed, altered or abused in any way. The distributor will have to keep the defected pair until COFRA communicates if the pair can be thrown away or can be returned. In case of return, COFRA will take care of the shipping cost back. Please kindly notice that the claim must be made within 180 days from the purchase date, otherwise COFRA will not accept the claim.
